Shipping policy

Shipping costs

All prices on this website include VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. Shipping to Belgium and the other countries of the European Union costs €5 (incl. VAT) per order. We do not ship outside the European Union.

Delivery time

We ship from our own stock. An order within the Netherlands is usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery to other EU countries takes a little longer. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we let you know before we ship. Your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after you place it, unless we have agreed another delivery time with you.

Delivery by PostNL

We ship with PostNL. PostNL delivers Monday to Saturday. If you are not home, the courier offers the parcel again on the next two working days or leaves a card stating when the next delivery attempt takes place.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has shipped, we email you a Track & Trace number so you can follow your parcel online.

Wrong or damaged delivery

Did you receive an item that does not match your order, or is it damaged? Please contact us at info@thehorseextensionsfactory.nl. We will replace the item or refund the amount.

Returns

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days. Read everything about returns in our returns and withdrawal policy. The cost of returning the goods is for your account.
